PPAI’s mission is to be the voice and force to advance the promotional products industry, and the Association’s business services members play a critical role in that mission.
The promo industry’s business services providers support industry companies’ operations with a wide range of resources and capabilities. This week, PPAI Media is spotlighting the shipping services they offer promo businesses. Logistics can be a headache for promo firms, who must make sure their products end up in their intended recipient’s hands on time and intact.
Many of these business services providers will be on hand at The PPAI Expo 2025, which takes place January 14-16 in Las Vegas.
One of the largest courier companies in the world, FedEx is a PPAI Trusted Affinity Partner, which means PPAI members get discounted rates on express, ground and freight shipping services. FedEx will also provide shipping services at The PPAI Expo 2024.
FedEx Ship Sites – available in two locations on The PPAI Expo exhibit hall floor – will replace the previous Package and Valet Mail Service. This change will result in a faster, more convenient process for attendees by removing the need to set up, handle and make several trips to load a box, then move to a separate long line for a single ship location. Attendees can pay for the boxes and shipping at the drop-off location on-site.
The PPAI Expo 2024 show bag, provided at the exhibit hall entrance, should be used to collect product samples, catalogs and more while walking the show floor. Attendees can drop off items at either of the two FedEx Ship Sites, located on the show floor at the back of aisles 2400 and 5700.
PPAI members receive discounts on their FedEx shipping rates with an active, enrolled FedEx account number. Attendees must be enrolled in the discount prior to shipping and meet qualifications for the discount.
