The time to register for The PPAI Expo 2023 in Las Vegas is finally upon us.

The Association will kick off 2023 with the promotional products industry’s largest and longest-running trade show at Mandalay Bay Convention Center. The PPAI Expo 2023 will take place Monday, January 9 through Thursday, January 12. The event will also mark the 20th Expo in Las Vegas.

“Registration is open! Three words that bring excitement to us and the entire community as the countdown to the industry’s largest event begins,” says Ellen Tucker, PPAI VP of revenue and expositions. “It is one of my favorite times of year, as we are putting the final details in place for bringing the industry together to kick off 2023 with impactful networking, industry leading professional development and unbeatable opportunities for business growth.”

The Event

Registered attendees can begin their Expo experience on Monday, January 9 with The PPAI Expo Conference. Prior to the trade show, The PPAI Expo Conference will be a one-day educational event with a slate of curated speakers equipped with professional knowledge to inform industry professionals and spark conversation throughout the rest of the event.

The following day, on Tuesday morning, the trade show floor – roughly 1 million square feet in scope – will open along with its product pavilions, brand. pavilion, new exhibitors and exciting surprises. The trade show will run through Thursday afternoon and will feature nearly 1,000 exhibiting companies from across the promotional products landscape in over 2,300 booths.  

Also announced this week:

  • Promopalooza: The biggest, baddest party in the promotional products industry returns to Allegiant Stadium. Last year, more than 1,000 Expo attendees took part in the event, enjoying food, drinks and the opportunity to catch passes and snap photos on the same field the pros play on.
  • Expo Live: PPAI produces content throughout Expo week, with engaging live interviews with industry experts, compelling TED Talk-style presentations by leading professionals and more. The content airs live in multiple locations onsite and is brought to you from the Expo Live studio located right in the middle of all the action.


The Milestone

Since it moved to Las Vegas in 2003, The PPAI Expo has grown considerably, firmly establishing itself as the industry’s largest and most recognizable event.

Following years of exhibitions in Dallas, the move was something of an experiment at the time, but has become a massive step forward for the promotional products marketplace that industry professionals mark on their calendars each year as a must-attend. The PPAI Expo 2023 will be a special culmination of a 20-year collaboration between PPAI and Las Vegas.

Following a one-year hiatus amid the pandemic, The PPAI Expo resumed its run at Mandalay Bay Convention Center in 2022 for what was described as one of the most important events in the history of the promotional products industry, a return to business.
