The PPAI Expo was in peak form in 2023. An exemplary example of the promotional products industry’s spirit and drive, The PPAI Expo 2023 delivered the networking, education and business opportunities that promo professionals have come to expect from their field’s longest-running and premier trade show.

In January 2022, The PPAI Expo returned, in-person, from a one-year pandemic-induced hiatus. Extremely well-received, the 2023 show built on its successes to deliver an exceptional experience for attendees and exhibitors alike. And the industry responded. This year, more than 15,000 total industry professionals, including over 10,000 distributors, attended the tentpole event of the promotional products industry’s calendar.

"When you’re at a trade show, there’s just something about the sound amplifying through the hall, often referred to as the buzz, that gives you insight into how the event is going,” says Ellen Tucker, CAE, MAS, PPAI’s vice president, revenue and expositions. “This year, the buzz at The PPAI Expo was back. You could just feel the excitement in the air.

“What’s even better is the post-show feedback we are receiving. It’s not quantity or quality, but the combination of both and everyone elevating their experiences that has rave reviews coming in.”

The PPAI Expo is when the year really gets started for the promo industry. Reflecting its central place on so many professional calendars, it’s more than just a trade show.

  • Industry members looking to improve their skills took advantage of numerous education opportunities of The PPAI Expo Conference, held the day before the show floor opened.
  • Professionals from 40 countries traveled to The PPAI Expo to see the latest and greatest of what the promo industry has to offer.
  • The undisputed hub of first-of-the-year business meetings and events, several industry companies and organizations scheduled their annual awards programs and meetings in conjunction with the show.

The PPAI Expo returns to The Mandalay Bay Convention Center on January 15-18, 2024.
