The Promotional Products Education Foundation (PPEF) is now accepting scholarship applications for the 2024-25 school year. The deadline to apply is March 15, 2024.

PPEF’s Legacy And Impact

Since 1989, PPEF has awarded $3,347,000 in college scholarships to 1,788 promotional products industry employees and their children.

The recipients are all part of the promotional products family; a few are industry employees themselves, and the rest have parents or guardians who work for distributors, suppliers, business service companies or multi-line representatives.

For the 2023-24 school year, $320,500 in total scholarship money was awarded to 170 students (138 new recipients and 32 renewal recipients). Total amounts for the 2024-25 school year will be determined by January 2024.

Michelle Li has utilized her PPEF scholarship this year to help cover her tuition at the University of Mary.

“This scholarship has made paying for college much more doable for my family and I, and for that we will all be forever grateful,” says Li, who, as the daughter of Sheng Yuan Li, is an extension of the SnugZ USA family. “Thank you for helping to alleviate some of the stress of college with your kindness and financial assistance. I really appreciate it.”

PPEF's scholarship recipients are announced in early June each year.

Monica Fortin is attending the University of Florida with her PPEF scholarship.

“Receiving this recognition means a lot to me,” says Fortin. “It gives me confidence and inspires me further to succeed as I move forward in my education. Obtaining this scholarship enables me to dedicate a greater focus on my education by lifting that financial obligation off my shoulders. It additionally provides me the opportunity to further enjoy my college experience. Thank you again for your generosity in establishing and funding the scholarship.”

For over 30 years, PPEF, the most significant philanthropic arm of PPAI, has been dedicated to recognizing and encouraging scholastic excellence and academic performance among promotional products industry employees and their college-aged children. 

As of September 1, applications are officially open for the 2024-2025 school year. The deadline for applications is March 15, 2024.
