NALC Opens With A Night Of Espionage
Promo with a side of intrigue? The 2023 PPAI North American Leadership Conference greets attendees with an espionage-filled evening during its welcome celebration, to be held at the International Spy Museum.
The Welcome Celebration
The 2023 NALC runs June 4-6 and most of the three-day event will be held at the Hotel Washington in Washington, D.C. The conference will bring leaders and subject-matter experts from both within and outside the promotional products industry to explore the issues, challenges and opportunities facing the field today. It also brings together leaders from promo’s most compelling companies to connect with and learn from one another.
The welcome celebration gets the conference started Sunday evening. Guests will have the museum to themselves to enjoy drinks and heavy appetizers, and explore the history of spycraft that the facility has to offer. Get a closer look at the gadgets, exploits and adventures of spies through the ages.
Connections
Their time at the International Spy Museum won’t be the only chance NALC attendees will have to network and mingle during the conference. The conference schedule includes numerous instances throughout its run to discuss the issues with peers and get to know each other.
- Both full days of NALC include breakfast and lunch sessions on the schedule, as well as networking breaks.
- On Monday evening, NALC participants will join their peers for fine dining at one of several area restaurants, with cuisine choices ranging from steak to seafood to Indian to barbeque, and everything in between.
- Tuesday evening, attendees can take part in a walking tour of D.C. landmarks. Hotel Washington is across from the U.S. Treasury Department and the White House, so there’s plenty to see in the area.
- Attendees participating in L.E.A.D. on June 7 are also welcome to join further group dining options on Tuesday and take part in the L.E.A.D. breakfast before the group heads to Capitol Hill.
