Jason Emery And Business Partner Acquire Full Ownership Of Toddy Gear
Jason Emery, current president of Toddy Gear (PPAI 516677, S6) , and his new business partner, Isaac Delgado, have acquired the remaining shares of the supplier from his business partner and the company’s founder Todd Gabel.
- The acquisition concluded and was made official June 2.
- The supplier will continue to operate under its current name.
Toddy Gear was recently announced as one of Promo’s Greatest Companies To Work For In 2023 by PPAI.
Ownership Change
The Illinois-based supplier of tech-focused and lifestyle promotional products is now owned jointly by Emery and Delgado.
- Gabel is stepping away from Toddy Gear.
- In 2010, Gabel founded the company in Chicago.
Emery will serve the role of president and CEO, while also becoming the majority shareholder of the company.
- Emery has held the title of president at Toddy Gear since 2021.

Meanwhile, Delgado will step into the role of vice president of operations.
- Delgado has been with Toddy Gear for nine years, leading the operations and production team.

In a statement, Toddy Gear says that its current operations will continue without any disruption through the ownership transition.
