Fully Promoted Announces Leadership Change
Distributor Fully Promoted (PPAI 240143) has named Andrew Titus president. He replaces Mike Brugger, who had served in the position since 2018.
As the distributor’s president, Titus will oversee the development of its franchise network. His key areas of focus will be driving franchise owner success, increasing unit-level economics, growing the brand to 500 locations, international expansion, growing and developing the Fully Promoted team, and taking the business to another level.
- Titus has been with Fully Promoted parent company United Franchise Group for almost seven years, joining in 2016 as a part-time franchise development representative.
- Most recently, he was its executive vice president of development.
Brugger has been a member of United Franchise Group’s executive team for 28 years and continues with the company as president of Franchise Real Estate, a client-driven full service commercial real estate firm that oversees real estate support for UFG affiliated brands and other franchise concepts.
"It's an exciting time at United Franchise Group and Fully Promoted," Brugger says. "I am transitioning to a new roll at UFG heading up our expanding Real Estate division which services Fully Promoted and our other brands. Andrew Titus, our new president has worked with Fully Promoted over the last two years was a great choice to succeed me. I will be working with him on opening of new locations in 2023 as we continue to grow and still be part of United Franchise Group and working with Fully Promoted locations."
Based in West Palm Beach, Florida, Fully Promoted is part of United Franchise Group’s affiliated companies and brands. It rebranded in 2017 after operating as EmbroidMe for nearly two decades.
- The company has approximately 300 locations across the globe, providing full-service branded products and marketing services.
- Earlier this year, the company introduced a new office model intended to combine vendor accessibility with several new services.
