Mason, Ohio-based Cintas Corporation (PPAI 303547) has announced it will invest $17 million in expanding its Michigan-based operations. The announcement was made in conjunction with the Michigan Economic Development Corporation, the Lansing Economic Area Partnership and Delta Township, where the company will purchase land to build a commercial/industrial cleaning facility with office space. 

Cintas currently has more than 40,000 employees at more than 500 locations worldwide, and has outgrown its existing space in Lansing. The expansion, which is expected to create at least 70 new jobs in Delta Township, will be aided by a $350,000 performance-based grant from the Michigan Strategic Fund, as well as expedited permitting from Delta Township.
