Distributor 4imprint (PPAI 107200, D16), headquartered in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, has been selected for the 2021 Best Workplaces for Women by Great Place to Work® and Fortune. This marks the sixth time the organization has been chosen as a great place to work for women. Based on survey responses from more than 5.6 million employees, The Best Workplaces for Women award honors companies that focus on fairness and equity in the workplace.

“Our team has created the kind of environment where people can be themselves, thrive as teammates, grow as leaders and learn together,” says Kevin Lyons-Tarr, CEO of 4imprint. “Being honored as a great place to work for women speaks volumes about our entire team.”

To determine the rankings, Great Place to Work looks at how women and men experience the same workplaces. It analyzes whether people trust each other and if employees can reach their full potential, no matter their gender or job role. Criteria also includes how well represented women are throughout the company, including management roles. To be considered for the Best Workplaces for Women list, companies must employ at least 50 women and at least one of their executives must be a woman.

“These companies have made a commitment to fostering equity in the workplace. With the data about gender inequity in mind, the Best Workplaces for Women braved the task of combatting gender inequity by ensuring their women employees feel safe, heard, challenged and valued,” says Michael C. Bush, CEO of Great Place to Work.
