“There is no secret, it’s just a lot of hard work. It’s important for your business and the employees to be engaged in the day-to-day operations. I believe employees like challenges and when they see goals and objectives, it is motivational for everyone. We are a small office and because of that we are able to have fun while at work. I want employees to feel valued and free to discuss anything with me; I may have a lot on my plate most days but sometimes I have to step back from my tasks and just listen to my staff. If I can help resolve questions or conflicts for them, it keeps small problems from growing and keeps everything moving in the right direction. I have a great staff so keeping them motivated isn’t hard but knowing this is a team effort is really a great way to share the company’s success with everyone.”
