Rich Frese, a member of Ennis’s national sales team representing the Northeast region for more than 16 years, passed away on June 17 due to complications from surgery in his fight against a long-term illness. Ennis is the parent company of several industry suppliers, including Folder Express, Independent Folders and Admore, Inc.
“During his more than 42 years in the printing industry, Rich made an impression on many, many people. He thought of those he visited more as friends than customers and today we are sad as we process that we won’t get to visit with him anymore. No words can adequately express our sadness at Rich’s death or our thankfulness for the opportunity to work with and know him,” says Terry Pennington, vice president of sales.
Frese is survived by his wife Patti; children Chris, Billy and Andrea Frese; his brother, David and his wife Scher, and two nephews.
Services were held on June 26 at the Ferguson-Vernon Funeral Home in Vernon, New Jersey. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Frese’s name to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
